TRC加固受損磚柱軸壓性能研究*

摘 要

[摘要]通過對6根纖維編織網(wǎng)增強混凝土(textile reinforced concrete, TRC)加固受損黏土磚柱進(jìn)行軸心受壓試驗,研究了TRC中纖維網(wǎng)層數(shù)、纖維網(wǎng)搭接長度、纖維網(wǎng)表面粘砂及TRC基體摻加短切PVA纖維對磚柱軸壓性能的影響。試驗結(jié)果表明:采用TRC加固磚柱可明顯提高其抗壓強度;在一定范圍內(nèi),磚柱的抗壓強度隨纖維網(wǎng)層數(shù)的增加而不斷提高;纖維網(wǎng)搭接長度對TRC的加固效果無明顯影響;在纖維網(wǎng)表面粘砂及在TRC基體中加入短切PVA纖維皆可提高試件的開裂荷載,其中纖維網(wǎng)表面粘砂試件的開裂荷載提高幅度可達(dá)33.3%,TRC基體加入短切PVA纖維后,試件開裂荷載提高幅度可達(dá)58.1%。并給出了TRC加固受損磚柱的軸壓承載力計算方法,理論計算值與試驗值吻合良好。

Research on the axial compression properties of damaged brick columns strengthened with TRC

Abstract:Through the axial compression test of 6 damaged clay brick columns strengthened with textile reinforced concrete(TRC), the effects of the layer number of textile layers, the lap length of textile, textile covered with sands and TRC matrix mixed with chopped PVA fiber on axial compression properties of brick columns were investigated. Test results show that: the axial compression strength of brick columns strengthened with TRC has significantly improved. Within a certain range, the compressive strength of brick columns was improved with the increase of the layer number of textile layers. The fiber lap length has no obvious effect on TRC reinforcement effect. The textile covered with sands and the TRC matrix mixed with chopped PVA fiber can improve the cracking load of brick columns. The increase rate of the cracking load of specimens that textile covered with sands increased by 33.3%. The increase rate of the cracking load of specimens that TRC matrix mixed with chopped PVA fiber increased by 58.1%. The axial compression strength formula of damaged columns strengthened with TRC was given. The calculated results have good agreement with the experimental results.
