[摘要]針對(duì)受損鋼筋混凝土梁開(kāi)展繞絲加固試驗(yàn)研究,進(jìn)行了5組試驗(yàn),其中第一組為未受損未加固梁,第二組為未受損加固梁,其余三組均為受損加固梁。選取裂縫寬度作為受損指標(biāo),通過(guò)對(duì)試件的破壞形態(tài)、荷載撓度關(guān)系曲線、箍筋應(yīng)變等試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的分析,研究鋼筋混凝土梁受損程度對(duì)抗剪承載力和變形能力的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:未受損未加固梁在采用繞絲加固后,其抗剪承載力有所提升。通過(guò)受損試件之間對(duì)比可以看出,當(dāng)在鋼絞線預(yù)加應(yīng)力相同的情況下,加固梁抗剪承載力隨著受損程度的增大而下降。預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼絞線加固可有效抑制鋼筋混凝土梁斜裂縫的發(fā)展,改善加固梁破壞形態(tài),且對(duì)梁的延性、承載力都有顯著提升效果。

Experimental study on shear performance of damaged beams strengthened by prestressed steel strands

Abstract:Five sets of tests were carried out on the study of wire winding reinforcement test of damaged reinforced concrete (RC) beams,of which the first group was undamaged and unreinforced beams, the second group was undamaged reinforced beams, and the remaining three groups were damaged reinforced beams. The crack width was selected as the damage indicator. Through the analysis of the test results of the failure mode, load-deflection curve and stirrup strain of the test specimen, the influence of the damage degree of the RC beam on the shear capacity and deformation capacity was studied. The results of the study show that the undamaged and unreinforced beams have improved their shear bearing capacity after being wound with wire. It can be seen from the comparison between the damaged specimens that when the prestressing of the steel strands is the same, the shear bearing capacity of the reinforced beam decreases with the increase of the degree of damage. The reinforcement of prestressed steel strands can effectively inhibit the development of diagonal cracks of reinforced concrete beams, improve the failure form of reinforced beams, and have a significant effect on the ductility and bearing capacity of beams.
