改變中間肋寬和空腔邊角參數(shù)對(duì)空心砌塊強(qiáng)度的影響*

[摘要]利用ANSYS有限元分析軟件模擬研究了改變中間肋寬和空腔邊角參數(shù)對(duì)空心砌塊結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度的影響,并通過(guò)試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明:中間肋寬從20mm增加到40mm時(shí),砌塊的極限強(qiáng)度增加33%;空腔邊角半徑從0增加到15mm時(shí),砌塊抗壓極限強(qiáng)度可以增幅41.67%,抗拉極限強(qiáng)度可以增幅58.33%。

Influence of changing the parameters of middle rib width and cavity angle on hollow block strength

Abstract:ANSYS finite element analysis software was used to simulate and study the influence of changing middle rib width and cavity edge angle on the structural strength of hollow block. The simulation results were compared and analyzed by experiments. The results show that when the width of the middle rib increases from 20mm to 40mm, the ultimate strength of the block increases by 33%; when the radius of the cavity edge angle increases from 0 to 15mm, the compressive ultimate strength of the block can increase by 41.67% and the tensile ultimate strength can increase by 58.33%.
