[摘要]隨著寧波市區(qū)抗震設(shè)防烈度的提高,城區(qū)住房的抗震要求不斷增加,但寧波農(nóng)村地區(qū)自建房的抗震性能問題仍未引起重視。通過鄉(xiāng)村實地走訪,對寧波市1 329套農(nóng)村自建房進行問卷調(diào)查,獲得了結(jié)構(gòu)類型、樓板形式、墻體材料和房屋使用情況等數(shù)據(jù)。對調(diào)查區(qū)域的自然村點位分布、調(diào)查要求、調(diào)查內(nèi)容進行介紹,分析了寧波地區(qū)房屋改造、結(jié)構(gòu)類型、傳統(tǒng)預(yù)制樓板、墻體黏土磚、施工情況等對農(nóng)房抗震性能的影響,并對調(diào)查結(jié)論進行了簡單介紹,對寧波地區(qū)農(nóng)房抗震能力調(diào)查的改進工作提出建議。

Investigation and reflection on current situation of seismic performance of rural houses in Ningbo area

Abstract:With the improvement of seismic fortification intensity in Ningbo area, the seismic performance of urban houses has been increased. However, the seismic performance of self-built houses in rural areas of Ningbo has not yet attracted much attention. Through field visits in the countryside, 1 329 self-built rural houses in Ningbo were investigated by questionnaires to obtain the data of structural type, floor type, wall material and housing use condition. The location distribution, investigation requirements and investigation contents of natural villages in the investigation area were introduced, and the influences of housing renovation, structural types, traditional prefabricated floors, wall clay bricks and construction conditions on the seismic performance of rural houses in Ningbo area were analyzed, and the conclusions of the investigation were briefly introduced. Finally, some suggestions were put forward for improving the investigation of seismic performance of rural houses in Ningbo area.
