［摘要］針對(duì)某底部錯(cuò)層、頂部收進(jìn)的超限高層剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了性能化分析和研究，首先提出底部錯(cuò)層和頂部收進(jìn)部位的加強(qiáng)措施，然后針對(duì)頂部收進(jìn)部位建立了對(duì)比模型，以研究收進(jìn)對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)剛度及承載力影響，并進(jìn)行了中震和大震作用下的性能化分析和動(dòng)力彈塑性損傷分析。結(jié)果表明：采取的結(jié)構(gòu)加強(qiáng)措施能夠基本滿足設(shè)定的性能目標(biāo)，保證了該豎向不規(guī)則結(jié)構(gòu)的可靠度，結(jié)構(gòu)底部錯(cuò)層和頂部收進(jìn)部位個(gè)別構(gòu)件出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重?fù)p傷，應(yīng)在施工圖設(shè)計(jì)階段采取針對(duì)性加強(qiáng)措施。

Seismic performance study on a high-rise out\|of\|code shear wall structure with top indentation and bottom staggered floors

Abstract:The performance-based analysis and research were carried out for a high-rise out-of-code shear wall structure with top indentation and bottom staggered floors. Firstly, the strengthening measures for the tottom staggered and top indentation floors were put forward. Then, a comparative model was established for the top indentation floor to study the influence of the indentation floor on the structural stiffness and load-carrying capacity, and the performance-based analysis and dynamic elastoplastic damage analysis were carried out under the actions of fortification and rare earthquakes. The results show that the structural strengthening measures adopted  can basically meet the set performance objectives, ensure the reliability of the vertical irregular structure, and serious damage occurs to individual components in the tottom staggered and top indentation floors of the structure. Targeted strengthening measures should be taken in the construction drawing design stage.
