[摘要]蘇寧易購總部研發(fā)辦公樓A區(qū)位于整個(gè)項(xiàng)目的西區(qū)入口處,根據(jù)建筑要求,端部3層大懸挑,懸挑最大處達(dá)18.2m。通過對懸挑方案的比選,最終采用鋼拉桿形式的懸挑斜拉體系。根據(jù)項(xiàng)目的超限情況,采取相應(yīng)的計(jì)算措施并對不同部位的構(gòu)件進(jìn)行性能化設(shè)計(jì)。由于鋼拉桿及上下節(jié)點(diǎn)區(qū)十分重要,分別作了內(nèi)力分析及有限元分析。本工程端部大懸挑不同于普通樓層結(jié)構(gòu),故而進(jìn)行了舒適度分析以及施工監(jiān)測。結(jié)果表明這種結(jié)構(gòu)體系建筑美觀、受力合理,可作為其他工程參考。

Cantilever structural design of research and development office building A district in Suning.com headquarters

Abstract:Research and development office building A district in Suning.com headquarters is located at the west entrance of the whole project. According to the requirements of the building, the three cantilevers at the end are cantilevered with a maximum suspension of 18.2m. Through the comparison and selection of the cantilever scheme, the cantilevered cable-stayed system in the form of steel tie rod was finally adopted. According to the out-of-code situation of the project, corresponding calculation measures were taken and performance-based design was conducted on the components of different parts. Due to the importance of steel tie rod and upper and lower node area, internal force analysis and finite element analysis were made respectively. The project′s large cantilevered suspension was different from the ordinary floor structure, and then comfort analysis and construction monitoring were carried out. The results show that the structure system is beautiful and reasonable, which can be used as a reference for other projects.
