[摘要]南京蘇寧睿城二期辦公樓為地上42層、地下3 層的超高層建筑,該建筑上部結(jié)構(gòu)采用框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,底部框架柱采用型鋼混凝土柱。介紹了該辦公樓結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計方法和過程,包括結(jié)構(gòu)性能設(shè)計目標(biāo)的確定、計算分析等。針對本工程結(jié)構(gòu)的超限情況與分叉柱的難點,對結(jié)構(gòu)進行了小震彈性反應(yīng)譜分析、小震彈性時程分析、中震不屈服驗算、中震彈性驗算以及大震作用下的動力彈塑性時程分析。計算結(jié)果表明,該結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計安全可靠、經(jīng)濟合理。

Structural design for super high-rise office building of Nanjing Suning Ruicheng

Abstract:Nanjing Suning Ruicheng Phase II office building is a 42-floor super high-rise building with 3 underground floors. The upper structure of the building adopts the frame-corewall structural system, and the bottom frame columns adopt steel reinforced concrete columns. The structural design method and process of the office building were introduced, including the determination of structural performance design goals, calculation and analysis, etc. Aiming at the out-of-code conditions of the structure of this project and the difficulties of the bifurcated columns, several analyses were conducted on the structure including elastic response spectrum analysis under the frequent earthquake, elastic time-history analysis under the frequent earthquake, non-yielding checking calculation under the fortification earthquake, elastic checking calculation under the fortification earthquake, and dynamic elastoplastic time-history analysis under the rare earthquake. The calculation results show that the structural design is safe, reliable, economical and reasonable.
