沈陽友誼時代廣場3#塔樓超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

[摘要]沈陽友誼時代廣場3#塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)高度186.70m,為框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),屬B級超限高層建筑。塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)長寬比達(dá)到3.02,高寬比達(dá)到6.86,導(dǎo)致結(jié)構(gòu)扭轉(zhuǎn)效應(yīng)明顯,且多處采用了加腋框架梁、寬扁式厚板暗梁、鋼板連梁、超短柱等復(fù)雜構(gòu)件,增加了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計難度。采用性能化抗震設(shè)計理念有針對性地對關(guān)鍵部位采取了相應(yīng)的加強(qiáng)措施,如控制墻柱軸壓比、約束邊緣構(gòu)件上延至墻肢軸壓比0.3的樓層、T形墻端部沿全高設(shè)置約束邊緣構(gòu)件、增加走道處樓板暗梁板厚及配筋。同時,通過動力彈塑性時程分析考察了整體結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能,計算結(jié)果表明:該結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能均能達(dá)到設(shè)計的預(yù)期目標(biāo)。

Structural design for 3# tower out\|of\|code high-rise structure of Shenyang Youyi Times Square

Abstract:The 3# tower structure of Shenyang Youyi Times Square has a structural height of 186.70m, which is a frame-shear wall structure and belongs to the B-level out-of-code high-rise building. The ratio of length to width of the structure is 3.02 and the ratio of height to width is 6.86, which results in a significant torsional effect of the structure, and complex structures with axillary frame beams, wide-flat thick plate concealed beams, steel plate connecting beams, ultra-short columns, etc. were utilized, which increase the difficulty of structural design. The performance-based seismic design concept was adopted to take corresponding strengthening measures for key parts, such as controlling the axial compression ratio of the wall and column, restricting the edge member to the floor with the axial compression ratio of 0.3 for the wall, and setting the restricting edge member along the full height of the T-shaped wall, increasing the thickness and reinforcement of the dark beam slab at the floor of the walkway. At the same time, the seismic performance of the whole structure was investigated through dynamic elasto-plastic time history analysis. The calculation results show that the seismic performance of the structure can reach the design target.
