北京學校中學部教學樓消能減震分析與設(shè)計

[摘要]北京學校中學部教學樓采用多層鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)體系,為高烈度區(qū)學校建筑,為進一步提高其抗震性能水準,采用了消能減震技術(shù)。通過對金屬阻尼器、筒式黏滯阻尼器和黏滯阻尼墻等典型減震技術(shù)的多方案綜合比選,最終確定采用黏滯阻尼墻方案,并給出了適用于中小體量建筑的小尺寸黏滯阻尼墻設(shè)計。經(jīng)計算分析可知,采用該消能減震技術(shù)后,小震作用下結(jié)構(gòu)基底剪力和層間位移角的減震效果顯著,最大層間位移角遠小于規(guī)范限值要求;大震作用下結(jié)構(gòu)減震效果良好,彈塑性層間位移角滿足既定性能目標,主體結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件大部分處于不屈服狀態(tài),僅個別構(gòu)件出現(xiàn)輕微損傷,大震下結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能優(yōu)越。

Energy dissipation analysis and design of middle school teaching building of Beijing School

Abstract:The  middle school teaching building of Beijing School adopts a multi-layer steel frame structural system, which is a school building in the high seismic fortification intensity area. In order to further improve its seismic performance, energy dissipation technologies were used. Through the comprehensive comparison and selection of typical damping technologies such as metal dampers, cylindrical viscous dampers and viscous damping walls, the viscous damping wall plan was finally determined, and the small size suitable viscous damper wall for small and medium-sized buildings was provided. Through calculation and analysis, it can be seen that after using this energy dissipation technology, the damping effect of the base shear and interlayer displacement angle of the structure under frequent earthquakes is significant, and the maximum interlayer displacement angle is far less than the specification limit requirements; the damping effect of the structure under rare earthquakes is good, and the elastoplastic interlayer displacement angle meets the set performance goals, and most of the main structural members are in non-yielding state, and only a few members are slightly damaged, and the structure has excellent seismic performance under rare earthquakes.
