[摘要]設(shè)置加勁肋可以明顯改善方鋼管混凝土試件的屈曲性能,提高方鋼管混凝土短柱中鋼管的約束性能。通過對普通鋼管混凝土、設(shè)直肋和開孔肋的鋼管混凝土試件進(jìn)行研究,并結(jié)合有限元對加勁肋的增強(qiáng)作用機(jī)理進(jìn)行分析。研究結(jié)果表明:試件加勁后承載力都得到了有效提高,并且由于加勁肋的存在鋼管鼓曲形態(tài)由單波型鼓曲變?yōu)殡p波型鼓曲;帶肋試件側(cè)邊中部混凝土中的應(yīng)力增大,混凝土受壓破壞部位范圍更大。從試件性能角度來看,加勁后鋼管可以為核心混凝土提供更可靠的約束,其中:直肋試件承載力更高、開孔肋試件延性更大。

Study on impacts of straight ribs and perforated ribs on axial compressive performance of square CFST short columns

Abstract:The stiffener ribs can obviously improve the buckling performance of the square concrete-filled steel tube(CFST) members and enhance the restraint performance of the steel tube in the square CFST short columns. Through the research on the ordinary CFST, the CFST with straight ribs and CFST with perforated ribs, the strengthening mechanism of the ribs in CFST short columns was analyzed combining with the finite element analysis. The research results show that the bearing capacity of the stiffened specimens has been effectively improved, and the shape of steel tube bulging has changed from single wave bulging type to double wave bulging type due to the existence of stiffeners; the stress in the concrete in the middle of the side of the stiffened specimens increases, and the range of concrete compression failure parts is larger. From the point of view of specimen performance, the stiffened steel tube can provide more reliable constraints for the core concrete, among which, the straight rib specimen has higher bearing capacity and the perforated rib specimen has larger ductility.
