[摘要]鑒于工程中可能出現(xiàn)鋼筋混凝土柱局部高度范圍混凝土強(qiáng)度缺陷的現(xiàn)象,基于鋼管約束混凝土概念,提出一種采用約束鋼管加固局部高度缺陷區(qū)段的方法。該加固方法的特征在于通過(guò)壓力灌注水泥漿使管內(nèi)混凝土與鋼管緊密接觸,并使加固后鋼管外表面與無(wú)缺陷區(qū)段柱子表面齊平。3根局部高度加固柱的軸心受壓試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該方法能有效提高柱子缺陷區(qū)段的受壓承載力,并保證柱子良好的正常使用性能。試件屈服前,加固后的缺陷區(qū)段壓縮剛度與無(wú)缺陷區(qū)段基本相當(dāng),但屈服后壓縮變形幾乎全部發(fā)生在缺陷區(qū)段。承載力分析結(jié)果表明,Mander模型計(jì)算結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合良好。

Experimental study on compression bearing capacity of square section frame columns in local height range based on the concept of steel tube confined concrete

Abstract:Based on the concept of steel tube confined concrete, a method of strengthening the local height defect range of column confined by steel tube was proposed in view of local height range of reinforced concrete column with concrete strength defect in projects. The strengthening method was characterized in that the concrete in the tube was closely contacted with the steel pipe through pressure grouting, and the outer surface of the steel tube after reinforcement was flush with the column surface in the defect free section. The axial compression experimental results of three locally strengthened columns show that this method can effectively improve the compression bearing capacity of the defective section of the column and ensure the good normal performance of the column. Before the specimen yield, the compression stiffness of the strengthened defective section is almost the same as that of the non-defective section, but almost all of the compression deformation occurs in the defective section. The results of bearing capacity analysis show that the calculation results of Mander model are in good agreement with the experimental results.
