［摘要］以某現(xiàn)澆混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)在封頂不久后即出現(xiàn)樓板裂縫問(wèn)題為背景，介紹了樓板裂縫的檢測(cè)過(guò)程和方法，并對(duì)各檢測(cè)參數(shù)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了科學(xué)甄別，然后利用檢測(cè)有效參數(shù)分析了影響裂縫產(chǎn)生的因素。提出了開(kāi)裂樓板各類型裂縫的相應(yīng)處理方法，并結(jié)合裂縫成因和承載力現(xiàn)狀對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)采取綜合加固方式。通過(guò)對(duì)該工程的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)、數(shù)據(jù)分析、原因評(píng)定與處理加固等的系統(tǒng)診治，為今后工程上科學(xué)檢測(cè)、評(píng)價(jià)和處理類似的樓板裂縫問(wèn)題提供參考依據(jù)。

Abstract:Based on the problem of floor cracks in a cast-in-place concrete structure shortly after roof structural capping, the detection process and method of floor cracks were introduced, and the results of each test parameter were scientifically discriminated, and then the factors affecting the crack generation were analyzed by using the effective parameters of the test. Corresponding treatment methods were put forward for various types of cracks in cracked floor slabs, and the comprehensive reinforcement method was adopted for the structure combined with the causes of cracks and the present situation of bearing capacity. Through the systematic diagnosis and treatment of on-site inspection, data analysis, cause assessment and treatment reinforcement of the project, it provided a reference for scientific detection, assessment and treatment of similar floor crack problems in the future.
