[摘要]本工程為在延安新區(qū)黃土高填方區(qū)建設(shè)的首個項目,填方區(qū)回填土平均厚度約55m,且回填土體尚未固結(jié)完成,在此種情況下開展工程建設(shè)面臨諸多問題。通過工程實例介紹了在尚未固結(jié)完成深厚回填土場地設(shè)計較大規(guī)模地下車庫時采取的減小不均勻沉降的措施。通過特殊構(gòu)造節(jié)點將地下車庫劃分為8個塊區(qū)以減小結(jié)構(gòu)單元長度的做法,可以使小塊區(qū)的結(jié)構(gòu)單元在各自范圍內(nèi)相對均勻沉降。沉降觀測數(shù)據(jù)及項目建成后的狀況表明此做法是安全、可靠的。

Design of underground garage in deep backfill

Abstract:This project is the first project to be built in the large loess fill area of Yan'an New District. The average thickness of the backfill soil in the fill area is about 55m, and the backfill soil has not yet been consolidated. In this case, the construction of the project faced many problems. Through engineering examples, the measures taken to reduce uneven settlement when designing a large-scale underground garage for a deep backfill site that was not consolidated were introduced. By dividing the underground garage into 8 blocks by special structural node to reduce the length of the structural unit, the structural units of the small block were relatively uniformly settled within their respective ranges. The settlement observation data and the situation after the project was completed show that this method is safe and reliable.
