［摘要］對(duì)砌體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行抗震加固時(shí)，抗震加固方案的選型非常重要。針對(duì)某砌體抗震加固工程實(shí)例，進(jìn)行了板墻加固、面層加固和混合加固三種方案的分析，并對(duì)比了板墻加固和混合加固兩種方案的工程量。結(jié)果表明，混合加固能將平面不規(guī)則的砌體結(jié)構(gòu)改變?yōu)槠矫嬉?guī)則的結(jié)構(gòu)；采用該加固方法不僅能有效減小結(jié)構(gòu)偏心，同時(shí)可以滿足結(jié)構(gòu)抗震承載力要求，而且施工造價(jià)低。同時(shí)分析了砌體結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定加固軟件計(jì)算的適用性。所提出的加固設(shè)計(jì)思路對(duì)砌體結(jié)構(gòu)抗震加固方案選型及計(jì)算有一定的參考價(jià)值。

Case analysis on seismic strengthening design of masonry structure

Abstract:When carrying out seismic strengthening of masonry structures, the selection of seismic strengthening scheme is very important. Based on an example of earthquake-resistant strengthening of a masonry, three schemes of slab wall strengthening, surface layer strengthening and mixed strengthening were analyzed, and the engineering quantities under the two schemes of slab wall strengthening and mixed strengthening were compared. The results show that the mixed strengthening can change the plane irregular masonry structure to the plane regular structure; adopting this strengthening method can not only effectively reduce the eccentricity of the structure, but also meet the requirements of the seismic capacity of the structure, and the construction cost is low. At the same time, the applicability of the identification and strengthening software calculation of the masonry structure was analyzed. The proposed strengthening design idea has certain reference value for the selection and calculation of the seismic strengthening scheme of the masonry structure.
