[摘要]簡述并整理了在分析超限高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能中常用的分析方法與設(shè)計(jì)流程。主要從高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)的主要超限判定指標(biāo)、抗震性能目標(biāo)設(shè)定、分析手段與結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化加強(qiáng)措施等幾方面進(jìn)行探討。并以一實(shí)際超限高層建筑為例,對其抗震性能分析的要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和梳理,該工程具有一定的典型性,其分析流程可供類似超限工程參考。

Discussion on seismic analysis and design of out-of-code tall building structure

Abstract:The common analysis methods and design process of out-of-code tall building structure were briefly described and summarized. Several main aspects were discussed, such as the main criteria of out-of-code tall building structure, seismic performance target settings, analysis process and structural strengthening and optimizing measures. By taking an out-of-code tall building structure as an example, the main points of its seismic performance analysis were summarized and sorted out. The project had certain typicality, and its analysis process could be used as a reference for similar out-of-code projects.
