[摘要]清華大學(xué)光華路校區(qū)項目采用抗側(cè)效率較高的筒中筒體系實現(xiàn)成本控制和建筑效果之間的平衡。根據(jù)主體結(jié)構(gòu)高度較大的特點,采用性能化設(shè)計方法,按照抗震三水準(zhǔn)原則確定相應(yīng)的設(shè)防目標(biāo),采取相應(yīng)的抗震措施,通過彈性、彈塑性分析和設(shè)計,使結(jié)構(gòu)各項指標(biāo)相對合理,證明所采取的抗震措施有效并滿足規(guī)范要求。

Structural design of Guanghua Road Campus building of Tsinghua University

Abstract:Guanghua Road Campus building of Tsinghua University adopts the tube in tube structural system with high lateral resistance efficiency to achieve the balance between cost control and architectural effect. According to the characteristics of the main structure with high height, the performance-based design method was adopted, the corresponding fortification targets were determined according to the principle of three levels of earthquake resistance, and the corresponding seismic measures were taken. Through elastic, elastic-plastic analysis and design, all indexes of the structure were relatively reasonable, proving that the seismic measures are effective and meet the requirements of the code.
