[摘要]介紹了上海國(guó)家會(huì)展中心規(guī)模提升工程的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn),在不改變?cè)Y(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能及抗側(cè)力體系的原則下,將本規(guī)模提升工程分為多個(gè)獨(dú)立結(jié)構(gòu)單元,采取不同的結(jié)構(gòu)方案和技術(shù)措施。重點(diǎn)介紹了展廳工程和樁基工程模塊。夾層展廳作為提升工程的主體,具有大跨度、重荷載樓面、施工作業(yè)條件限制多等特點(diǎn),采用了箱形鋼框柱-雙向鋼桁架結(jié)構(gòu)體系;鋼結(jié)構(gòu)桿件板材厚度達(dá)100mm,針對(duì)厚板焊接節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了專項(xiàng)性能試驗(yàn)研究;采用了一種新型的鋼管樁成樁工藝,使用后實(shí)現(xiàn)了高頻免共振、噪聲小、無泥漿、擠土效應(yīng)小、對(duì)土體幾乎無擾動(dòng)、對(duì)周邊建筑影響小、施工速度快、對(duì)環(huán)境友好等效果;引入了BIM技術(shù)進(jìn)行模擬碰撞設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了在過程中動(dòng)態(tài)解決潛在問題;介紹了16m標(biāo)高處平臺(tái)和坡道模塊以及附樓加固工程模塊,通過細(xì)致工作,運(yùn)用常規(guī)方法很好地實(shí)現(xiàn)了功能要求。

Structural design of scaled lifting project of National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai

Abstract:The structural features and difficulties of the scaled lifting project of National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in Shanghai were introduced. Under the principle of not changing the seismic performance and lateral force resistance system of the original structure, the scaled lifting project was divided into several independent structural units, and different structural schemes and technical measures were taken. The exhibition hall engineering and pile foundation engineering module were mainly introduced. As the main part of the lifting project, the mezzanine exhibition hall had the characteristics of large span, heavy load floor and many restrictions on construction conditions. It adopted the box steel frame column two-way steel truss structural system; the steel structure member plate thickness was up to 100 mm, and the special performance test was carried out for the thick plate welded joints; a new type of steel pipe forming process was adopted, and the high frequency resonance free was realized as well as low noise, no mud, small soil squeezing effect, almost no disturbance to soil, little impact on surrounding buildings, fast construction and environment-friendly effects; BIM technology was introduced to simulate collision design to realize dynamic solution to potential problems in the process; 16m elevation platform and ramp module as well as annex building reinforcement engineering module were introduced, and the conventional method achieved the functional requirements well through careful work and application.
