[摘要]某已有建筑為工作車間,現(xiàn)改造為門診大樓。對(duì)加固改造的整體結(jié)構(gòu)方案進(jìn)行了綜合比較分析,最終采用了基于剪切型金屬消能器的消能減震加固改造方案,采用反應(yīng)譜分析和小震彈性時(shí)程分析兩種方法分別計(jì)算并復(fù)核了小震下的附加阻尼比和附加剛度,根據(jù)減震計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行了主體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。對(duì)該方案進(jìn)行了罕遇地震作用下的彈塑性分析,對(duì)加固后的結(jié)構(gòu)在大震下的抗震性能進(jìn)行了評(píng)估,同時(shí)根據(jù)罕遇震下消能器的出力和消能子結(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)力,確定了消能器的設(shè)計(jì)位移并進(jìn)行了消能子結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)。消能器的連接形式及節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)均根據(jù)主體結(jié)構(gòu)加固方案做了針對(duì)性優(yōu)化。

Strengthening design for reconstruction project of an outpatient building based on energy dissipation technology

Abstract:An existing building is a workshop, which is now transformed into an outpatient building. A comprehensive comparison and analysis of the overall structural scheme of the strengthening and reconstruction was adopted. Finally, the energy dissipation strengthening and reconstruction scheme based on shear type metal energy dissipater was adopted. The response spectrum analysis and the elastic time-history analysis under frequent earthquake were conducted to calculate and review the additional damping ratio and additional stiffness under frequent earthquake. The main structure was designed based on the calculation results of energy dissipation. The elasto-plastic analysis of the scheme under rare earthquakes was performed, and the seismic performance of the strengthened structure under rare earthquakes was evaluated. At the same time, according to the output of the energy dissipater and the internal force of the energy dissipation substructure under rare earthquakes, the design displacement of the energy dissipater was determined and the energy dissipating substructure was designed. The connection form and joint design of the energy dissipater were optimized according to the main structure strengthening scheme.
