某佛塔巨型通天柱底層拔柱改造工程設(shè)計(jì)與施工研究*

[摘要]既有建筑托梁拔柱改造能夠在建筑外立面不變、結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)部改動(dòng)量最小的情況下有效地增大建筑內(nèi)部使用空間,是一項(xiàng)有著重要實(shí)用價(jià)值的技術(shù)。但由于設(shè)計(jì)難度大、施工復(fù)雜,施工過程中安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較高,因此還未形成系統(tǒng)完整的設(shè)計(jì)理論和施工技術(shù)。結(jié)合某高層佛塔底層1 200mm直徑通天柱拔柱改造工程,探討托梁拔柱改造過程中結(jié)構(gòu)的受力特點(diǎn)、防倒塌設(shè)計(jì)與施工技術(shù)要點(diǎn)。充分利用擬拔除混凝土柱截面尺寸大的特點(diǎn),將其切割成600mm×600mm的素混凝土方柱,作為托換過程中的臨時(shí)支撐,將拔柱托換過程中結(jié)構(gòu)體系動(dòng)態(tài)的變化過程轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)殪o態(tài)的平衡受力過程,顯著地降低了托換施工過程中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

Design and construction research on renovation engineering of removing bottom layer columns of direct-to-sky mega columns in one pagoda building

Abstract:Supporting beam and removing column methods used in renovation of existing buildings can effectively enlarge the inner usage space of buildings with the unchanged external facade and minimum renovation work, which is a technology of great practical importance. However, due to the high difficulty of design, complex construction, and high safety risk during the construction process, systematic and complete design theory and construction technology for supporting beam and removing column methods has not been developed yet. Based on a practical renovation engineering of removing bottom layer columns of 1 200mm diameter of direct-to-sky mega columns in one pagoda building, the key points of load bearing mechanism, progressive collapse design and construction techniques were discussed in the renovated process of the structure using supporting beam and removing column methods. This project took full advantage of the large cross-section of the concrete column designed to be removed, which was cut into plain concrete square columns with the cross-section of 600mm×600mm and used as temporary supports during the transfer construction process. The dynamic change process of the structural system in the process of supporting beam and removing column was transformed into the static balance process, which significantly reduced the risk in the process of transfer construction.
