[摘要]基于重慶仙桃數(shù)據(jù)谷項(xiàng)目,介紹了構(gòu)件單元組合式幕墻系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與施工技術(shù)的主要內(nèi)容。由于重慶仙桃數(shù)據(jù)谷項(xiàng)目的建筑幕墻立面采用麻花形的扭曲收腰式構(gòu)造,為幕墻的建造帶來(lái)了很多有別于常規(guī)幕墻的挑戰(zhàn);基于構(gòu)件單元組合式幕墻系統(tǒng),應(yīng)用基本單元板塊間打膠連接和分體組合式橫梁,解決雙向曲面玻璃幕墻的造型扭轉(zhuǎn)、豎向連接定位和防水難題;利用BIM技術(shù)、三維掃描和可伸縮調(diào)節(jié)雙軌挑架,提高了施工精度、縮短了建造周期、節(jié)約了安裝成本,可以為類(lèi)似幕墻工程的建造提供參考。

Design and construction of glass curtain wall with bidirectional curved surface under large torsions

Abstract:Based on Chongqing Xiantao Data Valley Project, the main contents of the design and construction technology of component-unit composite curtain wall system were introduced. The facade of the building curtain wall of Chongqing Xiantao Data Valley Project adopted twisted waist structure, which brought many challenges to the construction different from the conventional curtain wall construction. Based on the component-unit composite curtain wall system, the application of gluing connection between basic unit plates and split combined beam solved the problems of twisted waist structure, vertical connection positioning and waterproof of the glass curtain wall with bidirectional curved surface. By using BIM technology, three-dimensional scanning and adjustable double-track cantilever frame system, the construction accuracy was improved, the construction period was shortened, and the installation cost was saved, providing reference for the construction of similar curtain wall projects.
