[摘要]基于張拉結(jié)構(gòu)的施工模擬分析的理論基礎(chǔ),對長春奧林匹克公園體育場輪輻式張拉結(jié)構(gòu)的索系張拉步驟進行介紹,并通過有限元軟件ANSYS模擬了施工過程中的背索安裝、環(huán)索同步提升,谷索張拉三個階段。張拉過程中拉索索力穩(wěn)定無跳躍,結(jié)構(gòu)位形最終達到成形目標態(tài),鋼結(jié)構(gòu)von Mises應(yīng)力均較小。

Construction simulation analysis on the spoke tension structure of Changchun Olympic Park Stadium

Abstract:Based on the theoretical basis of construction simulation analysis of a tension structure, the steps of cable system tension for the spoke tension structure in Changchun Olympic Park Stadium were introduced. The finite element software ANSYS was used to simulate the three stages in the construction process including the back cable installation, synchronous lifting of ring cable and valley cable tension. During the tension process, the cable force was stable and no jump occurred. The configuration of the structure finally reached the forming target state, and the von Mises stress of the steel structure was small.
