[摘要]??谖逶春芋w育場屋蓋結構為月牙形索桁架結構體系,外環(huán)直徑約260m,索結構最高點相對標高為42.8m。結構具有拉索數量多、施工過程結構變形大、張拉力大的特點,故施工難度較大。為了制定行之有效的施工方案,使用有限元軟件MIDAS/Gen,對提出的多種施工方法進行了詳細的數值模擬分析,最終確定了“地面鋪裝拉索,整體提升后張拉徑向索”的施工方法,在張拉成形過程中將支座設置為可滑狀態(tài)。實測數據與有限元數值模擬數據吻合較好,驗證了仿真計算的準確性,對同類工程具有參考意義。

Research on numerical simulation of construction process of crescent cable truss roof structure in Haikou Wuyuanhe Stadium

Abstract:The roof structure of Haikou Wuyuanhe Stadium belongs to crescent cable truss structural system. The diameter of outer ring is about 260m, and the relative elevation of the highest point of the cable structure is 42.8m. The structure has the characteristics of large number of cables, large structural deformation and large tension force in the construction process, so it is difficult to construct. In order to formulate an effective construction plan, the finite element software MIDAS/Gen was used to carry out detailed numerical simulation analysis of various construction methods. Finally, the construction method of “paving cable on the ground, tensioning radial cable after integral lifting” was determined, and the support was set as slippery state in the process of tension forming. The measured data were in good agreement with the finite element simulation data, which verified the accuracy of the simulation calculation and had reference significance for similar projects.
