[摘要]為了研究裝配式混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)部缺陷的檢測方法,設(shè)計(jì)制作了含有不同類型缺陷的裝配式混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)用疊合構(gòu)件,并對試件內(nèi)部缺陷進(jìn)行了基于陣列超聲和電磁波雷達(dá)的無損檢測方法試驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果表明:陣列超聲法檢測得到的結(jié)果與試件內(nèi)部缺陷設(shè)計(jì)情況吻合度較高,通過不同二維斷面成像的分析,可有效識別混凝土內(nèi)部孔洞、夾雜及脫空等缺陷;當(dāng)缺陷與測試面間不存在鋼筋或鋼筋處于內(nèi)部缺陷邊緣且缺陷尺寸較大時(shí),采用電磁波雷達(dá)法可有效地定位混凝土構(gòu)件內(nèi)部缺陷,但對于非金屬類夾雜或孔洞可能會出現(xiàn)漏檢情況。與陣列超聲法相比,水平投影定位精度偏差較大,通過后處理軟件得到的水平二維圖像內(nèi)部缺陷位置及大小的準(zhǔn)確性也有待進(jìn)一步提高。研究結(jié)果可為裝配式混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)質(zhì)量控制和驗(yàn)收提供參考和依據(jù)。

Experimental study on nondestructive detection test of internal defects of prefabricated concrete structure

Abstract:In order to study the detection methods of internal defects in prefabricated concrete structures, laminated components for prefabricated concrete structures containing different types of defects were designed and manufactured. The internal defects of the test specimens were tested experimentally using array ultrasonic and electromagnetic wave radar nondestructive detection methods. The results show that the results obtained by the array ultrasonic method are in good agreement with the internal defect design of the test piece. Through the analysis of different two-dimensional cross-sectional imaging, defects such as holes, inclusions and voids in the concrete can be effectively identified; when there is no reinforcement between the defect and the test surface or the reinforcement is on the edge of the internal defect and the defect size is large, the electromagnetic wave radar method can be used to effectively locate the internal defects of the concrete component, but non-metallic inclusions or holes may be missed. Compared with the array ultrasound method, the horizontal projection positioning accuracy has a large deviation, and the accuracy of the position and size of the internal defects of the horizontal two-dimensional image obtained by the post-processing software needs to be further improved. The research results can provide reference and basis for quality control and acceptance of prefabricated concrete structures.
