[摘要]裝配式結(jié)構(gòu)存在大量的混凝土結(jié)合面,而結(jié)合面處混凝土的粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度與密實(shí)性均低于整體現(xiàn)澆混凝土,為研究混凝土結(jié)合面的抗?jié)B性能,考慮現(xiàn)場后澆混凝土前結(jié)合面是否清理與是否灑水濕潤等施工情況,設(shè)計(jì)制作了包括4種清理狀況的混凝土疊合試件,再鉆取芯樣加工為混凝土抗?jié)B試件,研究結(jié)合面清理狀況對(duì)其抗?jié)B性能的影響。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:混凝土結(jié)合面是裝配式結(jié)構(gòu)抗?jié)B性能的薄弱部位,按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求清理的結(jié)合面相對(duì)滲透系數(shù)為混凝土本體的7.2倍;結(jié)合面的清理質(zhì)量會(huì)顯著影響其抗?jié)B性能,后澆混凝土前不清理結(jié)合面會(huì)使混凝土的抗?jié)B性能大幅降低,其相對(duì)滲透系數(shù)最大可達(dá)混凝土本體的95.8倍;發(fā)現(xiàn)灑水濕潤結(jié)合面反而會(huì)降低結(jié)合面的抗?jié)B性能,可能由于結(jié)合面處積水造成混凝土孔隙率增大。不同清理質(zhì)量下混凝土結(jié)合面的抗?jié)B性能試驗(yàn)結(jié)果可為裝配式結(jié)構(gòu)的工程質(zhì)量控制與耐久性評(píng)估提供參考依據(jù)。

Experimental study on impermeability performance of concrete interface in prefabricated structures

Abstract:There are many concrete interfaces in prefabricated structures, but bond strength and compactness of concrete interface are lower than cast-in-place concrete. In order to study the impermeability performance of the concrete interface, considering whether the front interface of the post-pouring concrete was cleaned up and whether it was wet interface sprinkled with water, concrete composite specimens including 4 clean-up conditions were designed and manufactured. Core samples were then drilled and processed into concrete impermeability experimental specimens, and the influence of the interface cleaning status on its impermeability performance was studied. The experimental results show that the concrete interface is a weak part of the impermeability of the prefabricated structure. The relative permeability coefficient of the bonding interface cleaned according to the standard is 7.2 times that of the concrete body. The cleaning quality of the interface will significantly affect its impermeability performance. Failure to clean the interface before pouring the concrete will greatly reduce the impermeability performance of the concrete, and its relative permeability coefficient can be up to 95.8 times that of the concrete body. It is found that the wet interface sprinkled with water will reduce the impermeability performance of the interface, which may increase the porosity of the concrete due to the accumulation of water at the interface. The experimental results of the impermeability performance of the concrete interface under different cleaning qualities can provide a reference for the engineering quality control and durability evaluation of prefabricated structures.
