灌漿飽滿度對半灌漿套筒鋼筋連接性能影響的試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]灌漿飽滿度是影響裝配式結(jié)構(gòu)鋼筋套筒灌漿連接可靠性的重要因素,考慮灌漿飽滿度、鋼筋位置、鋼筋強(qiáng)度級別等因素,制作了51個(gè)GTJB4 20/20型半灌漿套筒鋼筋接頭試件進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),研究灌漿飽滿度對接頭抗拉強(qiáng)度和變形性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,隨著灌漿飽滿度的降低,接頭的變形性能先于抗拉強(qiáng)度出現(xiàn)降低,鋼筋拔出破壞時(shí),接頭變形性能大幅降低;灌漿飽滿度為62.5%時(shí),接頭試件出現(xiàn)了灌漿端鋼筋拔出破壞,灌漿端拔出破壞的試件抗拉強(qiáng)度與灌漿飽滿度密切相關(guān);灌漿端鋼筋拔出破壞試件在達(dá)到最大力后會有二次錨固現(xiàn)象;當(dāng)灌漿飽滿度不小于87.5%時(shí),接頭殘余變形基本一致,當(dāng)灌漿飽滿度減小至75%時(shí),接頭殘余變形迅速增大;套筒與灌漿端鋼筋的相對滑移占接頭殘余變形的比例隨灌漿飽滿度的降低而增大;灌漿端鋼筋拔出破壞時(shí),接頭最大力下總伸長率大幅降低;鋼筋偏置對接頭抗拉強(qiáng)度的影響不明顯,但鋼筋偏置試件的最大力下總伸長率總體上要小于鋼筋對中試件,且偏置試件的變形性能對灌漿飽滿度更敏感。研究結(jié)果為套筒灌漿連接質(zhì)量的驗(yàn)收和處理提供依據(jù)。

Experimental study on effect of grouting fullness on connection performance of grout sleeve with mechanical splicing end

Abstract:Grouting fullness is an important factor affecting the reliability of grout sleeve splicing of rebars in the precast concrete structures.  51 specimens of GTJB4 20/20 sleeve were fabricated to test, considering factors such as grouting fullness, steel bar position and steel bar strength level. Effects of grouting fullness on tensile strength and deformation properties of splice were studied. The results show that, with the decrease of grouting fullness, the deformation property of splice decreases before the tensile strength, and the deformation property of splice decreases greatly when the steel bar is pulled out. When grouting fullness is 62.5%, pull\|out failure of steel bar at grouting end occurs in specimens, and tensile strength of pull-out failure specimens at grouting end is closely related to grouting fullness. There will be secondary anchorage after the ultimate load of pull-out failure specimens of grouting end steel bar. When grouting fullness is not less than 87.5%, the residual deformation of splice is basically the same. When grouting fullness decreases to 75%, the residual deformation of splice increases rapidly. The ratio of relative slip between sleeve and rebar at grouting end to residual deformation of splice increases with the decrease of grouting fullness. When the steel bar at grouting end is pulled out, the total elongation of the splice decreases greatly under the maximum force. The influence of steel offset on the tensile strength of splice is not obvious, however, the total elongation of eccentric specimens is generally smaller than that of centric specimens, and the deformability of eccentric specimens is more sensitive to grouting fullness. Results provide a basis for acceptance and treatment for quality of grout sleeve splicing of rebars.
