武漢市月亮灣城市陽(yáng)臺(tái)索膜結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與節(jié)點(diǎn)優(yōu)化分析

[摘要]武漢月亮灣城市陽(yáng)臺(tái)項(xiàng)目索膜結(jié)構(gòu)整體造型是異形曲面,為大跨度柔性結(jié)構(gòu),索膜結(jié)構(gòu)主要由起承重作用的承重索、起穩(wěn)定作用的穩(wěn)定索以及周邊起剛性支承作用的桁架構(gòu)成。恒載作用下,管桁架構(gòu)件最大應(yīng)力出現(xiàn)在支座附近,桿件以壓力為主。首先詳細(xì)介紹了陽(yáng)臺(tái)索膜結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)不同荷載條件下的索膜結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了靜力與穩(wěn)定性分析;然后從鋼桁架結(jié)構(gòu)柱提取典型節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行有限元建模,對(duì)其進(jìn)行校核與優(yōu)化分析;最后提出了節(jié)點(diǎn)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)建議。

Design and joint optimization analysis of cable-membrane structure of Moon Bay City Balcony Project in Wuhan

Abstract:The overall shape of the cable-membrane structure of Moon Bay City Balcony Project in Wuhan is a special-shaped curved surface, which is a large-span flexible structure. The cable-membrane structure is mainly composed of load-bearing cables, stabilizing cables and surrounding trusses as rigid supports. Under the action of dead loads, the maximum stress of the pipe truss member appears near the support and the stress of the rod is mainly pressure. Firstly, the design of the cable-membrane structure  of the balcony was introduced in detail, and the static and stability analysis of the cable-membrane structure under different load conditions were carried out. Then the typical joints were selected from the steel truss structural columns for finite element modeling to check and optimize. Finally, the suggestions of joint optimization design were put forward.
