[摘要]隨州南站的樹狀結(jié)構(gòu)采用一種新型非鑄鋼的分叉節(jié)點(diǎn)。此類分叉節(jié)點(diǎn)外形不規(guī)則、受力復(fù)雜。為研究此新型分叉節(jié)點(diǎn)在最不利設(shè)計(jì)工況下的受力性能,并驗(yàn)證其安全性和合理性,對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行有限元分析和足尺試驗(yàn)研究。節(jié)點(diǎn)模型的試驗(yàn)值與有限元分析結(jié)果吻合良好,表明此節(jié)點(diǎn)有限元模型能真實(shí)模擬節(jié)點(diǎn)模型的邊界條件和受力狀態(tài)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:足尺節(jié)點(diǎn)能夠滿足設(shè)計(jì)承載力要求;在1.3倍設(shè)計(jì)荷載作用下,節(jié)點(diǎn)主肢角部出現(xiàn)塑性發(fā)展區(qū)。根據(jù)分析結(jié)果對(duì)分叉節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行改進(jìn),提高節(jié)點(diǎn)的安全冗余度。該新型分叉節(jié)點(diǎn)具有較高的安全儲(chǔ)備。

Experimental research on mechanical performance of a new type bifurcated joint of Suizhou South Railway Station

Abstract:The tree-shaped structure of Suizhou South Railway Station adopts a new type of non-cast steel bifurcated joint. The shape of this kind of bifurcated joint is irregular and the mechanical conditions are complex. In order to study the mechanical performance of this new type of bifurcated joint under the most unfavorable design working conditions and to verify its safety and rationality, the finite element analysis and full-scale experiment were carried out for the joint. The experimental results of the joint model were in good agreement with the finite element analysis results, showing that the joint model could simulate the boundary conditions and mechanical states of the joint model. The experimental results show that the full-scale joint can meet the requirements of the design bearing capacity; under 1.3 times of the design load, the corner of the main limb of the joint appears plastic development zone. According to the analysis results, the design of bifurcated joints was improved to improve the safety redundancy of joints. The new bifurcated joint has high security reserve.
