中國(淮安)國際食品博覽中心A區(qū)大跨度屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要]結(jié)合中國(淮安)國際食品博覽中心建筑造型及使用功能,通過對(duì)屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)的用鋼量、剛度、美觀性、制作與安裝四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行方案比選,確定屋蓋采用正交平面桁架結(jié)構(gòu)體系。為減小溫度及地震作用的影響,對(duì)塔1頂部支座進(jìn)行了三種約束條件的比選,最終采用X向單向滑動(dòng)球形鋼支座。采用SAP2000軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行建模計(jì)算,在各個(gè)荷載工況及組合下對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,得到了結(jié)構(gòu)的靜力及動(dòng)力響應(yīng),結(jié)構(gòu)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。采用Perform 3D軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行動(dòng)力彈塑性時(shí)程分析,結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)在罕遇地震下的損傷程度符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。對(duì)屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了抗連續(xù)倒塌驗(yàn)算,進(jìn)一步確保了結(jié)構(gòu)的安全冗余度。

Structural design of large-span roof in Area A of China (Huai'an) International Food Expo Center

Abstract:Combined with the architectural modeling and use function of China (Huai'an) International Food Expo Center, the orthogonal in-plane truss structural system was selected for the roof structure through the comparison of four aspects, including steel consumption, rigidity, aesthetics, fabrication and installation. In order to minimize the influence of temperature and seismic action, three kinds of restraint conditions were compared and selected for the top bearing of tower 1. Finally, the X-direction unidirectional sliding spherical steel bearing was adopted. SAP2000 software was used to model and analyze the structure, and the static and dynamic responses of the structure were obtained under various load cases and combinations. All indexes of the structure met the design requirements. The dynamic elastoplastic time-history analysis of the structure was carried out by using perform 3D software. The results show that the damage degree of the structure under rare earthquakes meets the design requirements. The anti-progressive collapse checking was conducted on the roof structure to further ensure the safety redundancy of the structure.
