[摘要]鐵投·碳匯大廈項目由超高層商務辦公塔樓及碳交易大廳裙樓組成,塔樓采用鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒結構體系,裙樓采用鋼框架結構。因建筑功能需要,塔樓和裙樓連為一體形成多項不規(guī)則,屬于不規(guī)則超限高層。采用YJK及ETABS軟件對結構進行建模計算及指標對比,經(jīng)計算,結構的各項指標均滿足設計要求。采用Perform-3D軟件對結構進行了動力彈塑性時程分析,表明結構在罕遇地震下?lián)p傷程度符合設計要求。針對裙房雙向大跨度樓蓋進行了人行舒適度分析及抗連續(xù)倒塌分析,結果均滿足設計要求,且進一步確保了結構的舒適性及安全冗余度。

Structural design of Tietou Tanhui Tower

Abstract:Tietou Tanhui Tower consists of a super high-rise office building and a carbon trading podium building. The office building adopts reinforced concrete frame-corewall structural system and the podium building adopts steel frame structural system. Due to the requirements of architectural function, the tower and the podium are connected into one structure to form a number of irregularities, so it is an irregular out-of-code high-rise building. YJK and ETABS software were used to model the structure and the indicators were compared. All the calculated indicators of the structure met the design requirements after caculation. The dynamic elastoplastic time-history analysis of the structure was carried out by using PERFORM\|3D software, the result shows that the damage degree of the structure under rare earthquakes meets the design requirements. Pedestrian comfort analysis and anti-progressive collapse analysis were performed for the two-way large-span floor of the podium building. The results meet the design requirements and further ensure the structural comfort and safety redundancy.
