[摘要]方正金融中心主塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)高度為230.800m,采用帶加強(qiáng)層的框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,是存在多個不規(guī)則項(xiàng)的超限高層建筑。外框架由圓鋼管混凝土柱與實(shí)腹鋼梁組成,核心筒采用鋼板組合剪力墻。采用基于性能的抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法,對主體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了不同地震水準(zhǔn)作用下的結(jié)構(gòu)彈性與彈塑性分析。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,該結(jié)構(gòu)具備較好的承載和變形能力,能夠滿足不同地震水準(zhǔn)作用下的抗震性能目標(biāo)。通過大震作用下的彈塑性分析,找出了結(jié)構(gòu)潛在的抗震薄弱部位,并提出相應(yīng)的抗震加強(qiáng)措施。為類似超高層建筑的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)與參考。

Study on seismic performance of main tower building of Founder Financial Center

Abstract:The structural height of the main tower of Founder Financial Center is 230.800m and the frame-corewall structural system with strengthened story is adopted. There are several irregular items in this out-of-code high-rise building. The outer frame is composed of concrete-filled steel circular tubular columns and solid web steel beams, and the corewall is combined with steel plate composite shear walls. By using the performance-based seismic design method, the structural elasticity, and elasto-plasticity of the main structure under the action of different seismic levels were analyzed. The calculation results show that the structure has good bearing capacity, and deformation capacity, and the structure can meet the seismic performance objectives under the action of different seismic levels. Through the elasto-plastic analysis under the action of the rare earthquake, the potential weak seismic location of the structure was identified, and the corresponding seismic strengthening measures were put forward to provide experience and reference for the structural design of similar super high-rise buildings.
