[摘要]華電集團(tuán)華中總部基地由主樓、裙樓、附樓和四層地下室組成,基礎(chǔ)采用樁筏基礎(chǔ)。地下室設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),為了節(jié)約造價(jià)、提高使用空間,將外墻和支護(hù)的地下連續(xù)墻合二為一。地上建筑通過(guò)防震縫形成主樓、裙樓、附樓三個(gè)獨(dú)立單元。主樓為“門”形復(fù)雜連體超限高層建筑,通過(guò)方案比選,采用了框架核心筒混合結(jié)構(gòu)方案,即鋼筋混凝土核心筒+圓鋼管混凝土柱+鋼梁+加強(qiáng)層(伸臂及腰桁架)。主樓連體通過(guò)方案比選采用大網(wǎng)格巨型跨層鋼桁架結(jié)構(gòu)。為提高主樓兩個(gè)塔樓抗側(cè)剛度,對(duì)加強(qiáng)措施進(jìn)行了分析,并采用了加強(qiáng)層、加密框柱等措施。對(duì)主樓結(jié)構(gòu)布置、關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了研究;做了風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)并根據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行風(fēng)荷載作用下結(jié)構(gòu)響應(yīng)的計(jì)算;對(duì)主樓舒適度、塔樓施工穩(wěn)定性也進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)算。結(jié)果滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求,確保結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性和適用性。

Structural design on buildings of Central China Headquarters of Huadian Group

Abstract:The buildings of Central China Headquarters of Huadian Group are composed of main building, podium building, annex building and four basement floors. Pile raft foundation is adopted as the foundation. In the design of basement, the exterior wall and the supporting diaphragm wall are combined into one in order to save the cost and improve the use space. Through the seismic joints, the above ground buildings form three independent units including the main building, the podium building and the annex building. The main building is complex connected out-of-code high-rise building of "door" shape and the frame-corewall hybrid structural scheme is adopted through scheme comparisons, that is, reinforced concrete corewall + concrete filled steel circular tubular column + steel beam + strengthened story with outriggers and waist trusses. Through the scheme comparisons, the main building adopts the large grid cross-layer steel truss structure. In order to improve the lateral stiffness of the two towers of the main building, the strengthening measures were analyzed, and the measures such as strengthening story and encrypting frame columns were adopted. The structure layout and key joint design of the main building were studied; the wind tunnel test was conducted and the structural response under the wind load was calculated according to the wind tunnel test results; the comfort degree of the main building and the construction stability of the tower were also checked. The results met the design requirements and ensured the safety and applicability of the structure.
