[摘要]針對超高層建筑特點(diǎn),進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)體系比選,對比了不同結(jié)構(gòu)體系的技術(shù)和經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果顯示,混合結(jié)構(gòu)體系造價(jià)較現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)高30%以上,伸臂桁架對現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的剛度影響不顯著。同時(shí),對于梁、柱大偏心節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析和ABAQUS數(shù)值模擬。結(jié)果表明,根據(jù)規(guī)范公式驗(yàn)算的節(jié)點(diǎn)核心區(qū)抗剪強(qiáng)度滿足要求,且柱截面應(yīng)力分布可以滿足平截面假定,節(jié)點(diǎn)區(qū)梁、柱的混凝土應(yīng)力相差不大,偏心節(jié)點(diǎn)模型和不偏心節(jié)點(diǎn)模型的樓板均能夠與梁柱共同作用。最后對大偏心節(jié)點(diǎn)提出了不加腋時(shí)的加強(qiáng)措施。

Structural system selection and analysis of super high-rise apartment building and large eccentric joint analysis

Abstract:According to the characteristics of super high-rise buildings, the structural systems were compared and selected, and the technical and economic indicators of different structural systems were compared. The results show that the cost of the hybrid structural system is more than 30% higher than the cast-in-situ reinforced concrete structure, and the outriggers has no significant effect on the stiffness of the cast-in-situ reinforced concrete structure. At the same time, large eccentric beam-column joints were analyzed and ABAQUS numerical simulations were performed. The results show that the shear strength of the joint core area verified according to the standard formula meets the requirements, and the stress distribution of the column section can meet the assumption of a flat section. The concrete stresses of beams and columns in the joint area are not much different. Both the eccentric joint model and the non-eccentric joint model can work together with the beam and column. Finally, strengthening measures were proposed for large eccentric joints without welded haunch.
