［摘要］基于垂直城市設計理念，提出了一種新型超高層結構體系，即平臺型超高層結構體系。該體系沿高度方向采用巨型結構搭建若干層結構平臺，在各結構平臺上建造各種不同使用功能及結構體系的建筑，而巨型結構平臺由豎向筒體+桁架平臺+斜撐組成。該體系的布置及受力特點基本符合極限高層建筑體系的概念，具有抗側移效率高、適應各種城市功能建筑、實現(xiàn)垂直城市的建造的特點。對某400m高、575m高兩棟在建超高層項目，分別采用2種平臺型結構體系和巨柱框架-核心筒-伸臂桁架結構體系，進行了各體系的抗側移效率及其他力學指標、建造成本等多方面、多角度的對比。結果表明，鋼筋混凝土豎向筒體+鋼桁架平臺+斜撐的平臺型結構體系是最優(yōu)選擇。

Research of platform-type super high-rise structural system based on vertical city design concept

Abstract:Based on the concept of vertical city design, a new type of super high-rise structural system was proposed, namely a platform-type super high-rise structural system. The system used a giant structure to build several layers of structural platforms along the height direction. Various structures with different functions and structural systems were built on each structural platform. The giant structural platform consisted of vertical cylinders, truss platforms, and diagonal braces. The layout and mechanical characteristics of the system basically met the concepts of the extreme high-rise building system. It had the characteristics of high lateral displacement resistance efficiency, adaptability to various urban functional buildings, and the construction of vertical cities. For a 400m high and a 575m high super high-rise projects under construction, two platform-type structural systems and a giant column frame-corewall-outriggers structural system were used, respectively, and the lateral displacement resistance efficiency and other mechanical indicators and construction costs of each system were compared. The results show that the platform-type structural system of reinforced concrete vertical corewall + steel truss platform + diagonal brace is the best choice.
