武漢天河國際機場T3航站樓鋼屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

[摘要]武漢天河國際機場T3航站樓屬于特大型樞紐航空港,屋面為自由雙曲面,總投影面積約23.7萬m2,檐口懸挑最大39m,采用兩向正交正放空間網(wǎng)格鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系,屋面外圍護(hù)系統(tǒng)采用直立鎖邊金屬屋面系統(tǒng),外墻圍護(hù)系統(tǒng)為玻璃索網(wǎng)幕墻。介紹了T3航站樓屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)分區(qū)、結(jié)構(gòu)體系、結(jié)構(gòu)計算設(shè)計、節(jié)點分析及試驗研究等。針對本工程復(fù)雜的屋蓋曲面建模,自主開發(fā)了建模軟件,大幅提高了結(jié)構(gòu)建模精度及效率;為了解決普通相貫節(jié)點強度不足的問題,采用了自主創(chuàng)新的帶暗節(jié)點板的相貫節(jié)點和鑄鋼節(jié)點,并進(jìn)行有限元分析和節(jié)點試驗驗證其安全性;創(chuàng)新設(shè)計的檁條連接節(jié)點,有效地減小了溫度作用對鋼屋蓋的影響及屋面施工標(biāo)高誤差;鋼結(jié)構(gòu)健康監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)的合理設(shè)計,確保了鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的施工質(zhì)量和其在投入使用中的安全性及耐久性。

Structural design on steel roof of terminal T3 of Wuhan Tianhe International Airport

Abstract:Terminal T3 of Wuhan Tianhe International Airport is a super large hub airport. The roof is free hyperboloid, with a total projection area of about 237 000m2. The cornice overhang is 39m at most. The two-dimensional orthogonally spatial  grid steel structural system is adopted. The external roof enclosure system adopts vertical locking metal roof system, and the external wall enclosure system is glass cable net curtain wall. The structural partition, structural system, structural calculation design, joint analysis and experimental research of terminal T3 roof were conducted. For the complex roof hyperboloid modeling of the project, the modeling software was developed independently, which greatly improved the accuracy and efficiency of structural modeling; in order to solve the problem of insufficient strength of common intersecting joints, the intersecting joints and cast steel joints with concealed gusset plate were adopted, and their safety was verified by finite element analysis and joint test; the innovative design of purlin connection node effectively reduced the influence of temperature on steel roof and the error of roof construction elevation; the reasonable design of steel structure health monitoring system ensured the construction quality, the safety and durability of steel structure in use.
