[摘要]武漢雷神山醫(yī)院為收治確診感染新型冠狀病毒肺炎患者的應(yīng)急臨時(shí)醫(yī)院,由隔離醫(yī)療區(qū)和醫(yī)護(hù)生活區(qū)組成。工程采用了三種不同的裝配式鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系以適應(yīng)建筑功能特點(diǎn),滿足快速施工的要求。具體而言,病區(qū)護(hù)理單元采用輕型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)模塊化組合房屋(箱式房),ICU及醫(yī)技單元采用鋼框架體系,醫(yī)護(hù)生活區(qū)采用輕鋼活動(dòng)板房。針對(duì)不同體系的特點(diǎn),完成了結(jié)構(gòu)布置與構(gòu)造設(shè)計(jì),并進(jìn)行了相關(guān)計(jì)算分析,結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)受力及變形滿足規(guī)范要求。根據(jù)場(chǎng)地土質(zhì)情況和上部結(jié)構(gòu)荷載,對(duì)地基承載力進(jìn)行了復(fù)核。結(jié)合現(xiàn)有硬化地坪條件,因地制宜地采用了H型鋼支墩、條形支墩和平板式筏形基礎(chǔ)等多種基礎(chǔ)形式,滿足了建筑構(gòu)造和結(jié)構(gòu)安全的要求。最后,介紹了為配合特殊條件下的施工所采取的合理的設(shè)計(jì)方法和應(yīng)對(duì)措施。通過(guò)本工程的實(shí)踐,驗(yàn)證了結(jié)構(gòu)選型的合理性與設(shè)計(jì)的可靠性。

Structural design of the Leishenshan Hospital in Wuhan

Abstract:Wuhan Leishenshan Hospital, which is composed of isolation medical area and medical living area, is a temporary emergency hospital for patients with confirmed COVID-19 infection. Three different prefabricated steel structural systems were adopted in the project to adapt to the building functional characteristics and meet the requirements of rapid construction. Specifically, the nursing unit in the ward adopts the light steel structure modular composite house (box-shaped house), the ICU and medical technology unit adopt the steel frame system, and the medical living area adopts the light steel prefabricated house. According to the characteristics of different structural systems, the structural layout and structural design were completed, and the relevant calculation and analysis were carried out. The analysis results show that the structural mechanism and deformation meet the requirements of the code. According to the soil condition of the site and the load of the superstructure, the bearing capacity of the foundation was rechecked. Combined with the existing hardened floor conditions, various foundation forms were adopted such as H-shaped steel buttress, strip buttress and flat raft foundation, to meet the requirements of building structure and structural safety. Finally, the reasonable design methods and corresponding measures for the construction under special conditions were introduced. Through the practice of this project, the rationality of structural system selection and the reliability of the design were verified.
