基樁檢測(cè)方法及靜載試驗(yàn)加載量問題探討

摘 要

[摘要]由于有關(guān)規(guī)范對(duì)基樁檢測(cè)的規(guī)定不完全相同,容易造成混亂。對(duì)《建筑地基基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB 50007—2011)、《建筑樁基技術(shù)規(guī)范》(JGJ 94—2008)、《建筑基樁檢測(cè)技術(shù)規(guī)范》(JGJ 106—2014)中有關(guān)基樁檢測(cè)規(guī)定進(jìn)行比較,對(duì)高、低應(yīng)變檢測(cè)方法及其適用情況進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)樁承載力計(jì)算方法進(jìn)行歸納,對(duì)靜載試驗(yàn)加載量及樁身縱筋配筋問題進(jìn)行探討。得出如下主要結(jié)論:建筑樁基設(shè)計(jì)等級(jí)為甲、乙級(jí)的基樁應(yīng)進(jìn)行試樁,丙級(jí)的基樁一般可不試樁;高應(yīng)變法檢測(cè)基樁承載力和低應(yīng)變法檢測(cè)基樁完整性有一定的局限性和適用范圍;鉆芯法鉆取的混凝土芯樣試件抗壓強(qiáng)度一般低于混凝土的強(qiáng)度等級(jí);基樁承載力靜載試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)的最大加載量在不同情況下取值不同;需考慮負(fù)摩阻力的基樁承載力靜載試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)的最大加載量應(yīng)考慮中性點(diǎn)以上部分樁側(cè)摩阻力的不利影響。

Discussion on foundation pile test method and loading quantity in static load test

Abstract:It is easy to cause confusion because the regulations on the test of foundation piles in relevant codes are not all the same. The foundation pile test regulations in Specification for design of building foundation (GB 50007—2011), Code for building pile foundation technology (JGJ 94—2008) and Technical specification for construction foundation pile test (JGJ 106—2014) were compared. The high and low strain test method and the corresponding suitable conditions were analyzed, and the pile bearing capacity calculation method were summarized, and the loading of static load test and the problem of longitudinal reinforcement of pile were discussed. The main conclusions are as follows: test piles should be tested for grade A and grade B foundation piles and test piles are generally not needed for grade C foundation piles; it has certain limitations and applicable scope for using high strain method for testing bearing capacity of piles and low strain method to test integrity of piles; the compressive strength of concrete core specimens drilled by the core drilling method is generally lower than the strength level of the concrete; the maximum load of the static load test of the foundation pile is different in different cases; the maximum load of the static load test of the bearing capacity of the foundation pile that needs to consider the negative friction resistance should consider the adverse effect of the lateral friction resistance of the pile above the neutral point.
