歐洲、美國規(guī)范混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)裂縫控制方法及其與中國規(guī)范的對比研究*

[摘要]對歐洲、美國、中國混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計規(guī)范的裂縫控制設(shè)計方法及其演變過程進行了系統(tǒng)梳理,并詳細(xì)對比了各國現(xiàn)行規(guī)范中裂縫驗算方法。比較發(fā)現(xiàn):1)歐洲規(guī)范進行裂縫驗算時考慮的因素最全,方法上也呈現(xiàn)出逐漸簡化的趨勢;現(xiàn)行規(guī)范中的驗算方法,設(shè)計人員根據(jù)實際工程需要選用其一即可。2)美國規(guī)范認(rèn)為混凝土構(gòu)件裂縫大小存在一定隨機性,很難通過計算掌握實際裂縫寬度。因此現(xiàn)行規(guī)范ACI 318-14中規(guī)定的最大鋼筋間距限值,只考慮了受拉鋼筋應(yīng)力和混凝土保護層厚度;該方法簡單,易于為工程采用。3)以圭亞那水處理廠混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)為例,分別采用歐洲、美國和中國規(guī)范的計算公式驗算該結(jié)構(gòu)的裂縫寬度,結(jié)果表明各規(guī)范裂縫寬度驗算結(jié)果相差不大,相比較我國規(guī)范要求更加嚴(yán)格。

Study on cracks control method in concrete structures in European and American codes and their comparisons with Chinese code

Abstract:The crack control design method and its evolution process in European, American and Chinese design codes for the concrete structure were systematically summarized, and the crack checking methods in current code of each country were analyzed in detail. It is found that:1) European code considers the most comprehensive factors in crack checking, and the method is simplified gradually. In the current code, designers can choose one of the checking methods according to the actual needs of the project; 2) American code indicates that the size of concrete cracks has some uncertainties and it is difficult to calculate the real crack width. Therefore, the maximum steel bar spacing limit stipulated in ACI 318-14 only takes into account the tensile stress of the steel bar and the concrete cover thickness. The method is easy to be used in engineering project; 3) Taking the concrete structure of Guyana Water Treatment Plant as an example, the crack width of the structure is checked with the formula in European, American and Chinese codes respectively, and the results show that the checking results of crack width of each code are quite close, of which the Chinese codes is more stringent.
