[摘要]福州萬(wàn)科派廣場(chǎng)3號(hào)樓建筑高度為185m,屬于超B級(jí)高度的高層建筑,主體采用剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),建筑周邊布置框架柱形成框架結(jié)構(gòu)。介紹了項(xiàng)目的工程概況、結(jié)構(gòu)整體設(shè)計(jì)、周邊框架的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn),并對(duì)多程序的計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,分析了結(jié)構(gòu)的舒適度。采用抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì),主要受力構(gòu)件受力滿足中震不屈服(關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件受力滿足中震彈性),分析了周邊框架的受力情況。在罕遇地震作用下,對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了彈塑性動(dòng)力時(shí)程分析,計(jì)算表明,結(jié)構(gòu)的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均滿足規(guī)范的要求。

Structural design of No. 3 Building of Fuzhou Vanke Plaza

Abstract:The height of the No. 3 building of Fuzhou Vanke Plaza is 185m, which belongs to a high-rise building exceeding B grade height. The main structure adopts the shear wall structure with surrounding frame structure formed by frame column. The project′s engineering overview, overall structural design  and key points of the surrounding  frame design were introduced. The results of multiple programs were analyzed and compared, and the structural comfort degree was analyzed. The design adopted the performance-based seismic design method. The main lateral load-bearing members of the structure met the seismic performance goal of non-yielding (key members kept elastic under the action of fortification earthquake), the forces of the surrounding frame was analyzed. Under the rare earthquake, the dynamic elastic-plastic time-history of the structure was analyzed. The calculation results show that all indexes of the structure meet the requirements of the code.
