［摘要］性能化建造是一種區(qū)別于傳統(tǒng)功能性建造的新興建造概念，是實(shí)現(xiàn)性能化建筑的一種指導(dǎo)思想。結(jié)合河北省第一屆園林博覽會(huì)主展館從生形到施工的整個(gè)建造過程，對(duì)性能化建造的具體內(nèi)容和過程進(jìn)行闡述，基于性能化建造平等聯(lián)系的思想，充分激發(fā)建筑和環(huán)境的能動(dòng)性，實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)閉環(huán)建造過程。主展館采用了獨(dú)特的雙表皮結(jié)構(gòu)，外層玻璃幕墻采用獨(dú)特的鉆石造型，內(nèi)層建筑主體采用細(xì)胞形結(jié)構(gòu)。本項(xiàng)目竣工8年后未發(fā)生任何結(jié)構(gòu)性的破壞，并且仍作為石家莊市地標(biāo)性建筑，展現(xiàn)出了性能化建造的優(yōu)越性，為性能化建造理念提供了一個(gè)典型的范例。

Analysis on performance-based construction  of main exhibition hall of  the first Hebei Garden Expo

Abstract:Performance-based construction is an emerging construction concept that is different from traditional functional construction, and is a guiding ideology for achieving performance-based construction. Combined with the entire construction process from the appearance to the construction of  main exhibition hall of the first Hebei Garden Expo, the specific content and process of performance-based construction were explained, and the idea of equal connection in performance-based construction fully stimulated the initiative of the building and the environment, to implement a closed-loop construction process. The main exhibition hall used a unique dual-skin structure, the outer glass curtain wall used a unique diamond shape, and the inner building body used a cell-shaped structure. No structural damage occurred after 8 years of completion of the project, and it still served as a landmark building in Shijiazhuang, showing the superiority of performance-based construction and providing a typical example of performance-based construction concepts.
