[摘要]為研究稻草和生石灰對生土基塊材砌筑泥漿力學性能的影響,采用單軸抗壓試驗和雙剪試驗對7種不同配合比的泥漿試件進行測試。分別從試件破壞形態(tài)、抗壓強度、抗剪強度及峰值變形等方面研究稻草和生石灰摻量變化對砌筑泥漿抗壓性能、抗剪性能及粘結(jié)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:隨著生石灰摻量的增多,泥漿的抗壓強度及抗剪強度均有不同程度的降低,且抗壓試件及抗剪試件的峰值位移均有所減?。浑S著稻草摻量的增多,泥漿的抗壓強度雖有減小,但抗剪強度逐漸提高,且稻草提高泥漿韌性,抑制砌體橫向變形,可提高砌體的抗剪強度及變形能力。

Experimental study on mechanical properties of masonry mortar for raw-soil blocks

Abstract:In order to study the effects of straw and quicklime on the mechanical properties of masonry mortar of raw-soil blocks, mortar specimens with seven different proportions were tested in uniaxial compression tests and double shear tests. The effects of changes in straw and quicklime on the compressive properties, shear properties and bonding properties of mortar were studied from the aspects of failure mode, compressive strength, shear strength and peak deformation. The results show that with the increase of the amount of quicklime, the compressive strength and shear strength of the mortar are reduced to some extent, and the peak displacements of the compression specimen and the shear specimen are reduced. As the amount of straw increases, the compressive strength of the mortar decreases, but the shear strength gradually increases. Moreover, straw improves the mortar toughness, inhibits the lateral deformation of masonry, and can improve the shear strength and deformation capacity of masonry.
