軟土場地大底盤多塔樓隔震結構分析研究

[摘要]采用非線性時程分析的方法,以天津某教學樓為例,對軟弱場地大底盤多塔樓隔震結構進行分析。采用大直徑天然橡膠支座與鉛芯橡膠支座組合隔震的方式對結構進行整體隔震,形成隔震層頂板作為大底盤承托上部多棟塔樓的復雜結構形式。對隔震與非隔震結構動力特性及層間剪力、層間位移進行對比分析,結果表明隔震結構性能良好。同時對工程設計中相關問題進行了探討,證明軟土場地上此類結構采用大底盤多塔樓隔震的可行性。

Analysis and research of multi-tower isolated structure with enlarged base in soft soil site

Abstract:An multi-tower isolated structure with enlarged base built in soft soil site was analyzed using nonlinear time-history analysis method with a case study of a teaching building in Tianjin. The whole structure was isolated by the combination of large-diameter natural rubber bearing and lead rubber bearing, and the top plate of the isolation layer was formed as a complex structure form of enlarged base to support the upper multi-towers. The dynamic characteristics, story shear and story displacement of isolated and non-isolated structures were compared. The results show that the performance of isolated structure is good. At the same time, the related problems in the engineering design were discussed to prove the feasibility of adopting enlarged base and multi-tower isolation for this kind of structure in the soft soil site.
