[摘要]基于預(yù)應(yīng)力碳纖維布加固鋼筋混凝土梁能夠提高其承載能力的理論,進(jìn)行了6根外貼預(yù)應(yīng)力碳纖維布(CFRP)加固鋼筋混凝土梁的力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)。研究了在不同預(yù)應(yīng)力和不同端部錨固方式下加固后的鋼筋混凝土梁的預(yù)應(yīng)力損失、開裂荷載、跨中撓度、極限荷載及抗彎抗剪性能。結(jié)果表明:碳纖維布預(yù)應(yīng)力在一定范圍內(nèi)能夠決定鋼筋混凝土梁的加固效果,同時(shí)在梁端部采取錨固方式能有效阻止預(yù)應(yīng)力碳纖維布在放張過程中的預(yù)應(yīng)力損失; 預(yù)應(yīng)力碳纖維布加固后梁的開裂荷載隨著預(yù)應(yīng)力的增大而增大,最大增大幅度達(dá)到81.8%; 極限荷載在一定范圍內(nèi)隨預(yù)應(yīng)力的增大先增大后減小,極限荷載最大增大幅度為41.07%。

Experimental study on mechanical behavior of reinforced concrete beam strengthened with prestressed CFRP sheets

Abstract:Based on the theory that reinforced concrete beams strengthened with prestressed CFRP sheets can improve its bearing capacity, the mechanical behavior test of six reinforced concrete beams strengthened with prestressed CFRP was performed. The prestress loss, cracking load, mid-span deflection, ultimate load and bending and shear behavior of reinforced concrete beams strengthened under different prestresses and different end anchoring methods were studied. The results show that the prestress of CFRP sheets can determine the strengthening effect of reinforced concrete beams within a certain range. At the same time, anchoring methods at the end of the beam can effectively prevent the prestress loss of the prestressed CFRP sheets during the relaxation process. The cracking load of the beam strengthened with prestressed CFRP sheets increases with the increase of prestress, and the maximum increase is 81-8%. The ultimate load increases and then decreases with the increase of prestress within a certain range, and the maximum increase range of ultimate load is 41-07%.
