[摘要]針對(duì)高溫煅燒后的再生混凝土進(jìn)行荷載特性研究,設(shè)計(jì)了三種再生骨料取代率(0%,50%和100%)的中空夾層鋼管再生混凝土短柱,研究了高溫后鋼管再生混凝土短柱及其加固后的力學(xué)性能,比較了截面形式、再生骨料取代率以及玄武巖纖維對(duì)其承載力、應(yīng)變和位移的影響。結(jié)果表明,截面形式對(duì)承載力的影響最大。最后,利用再生骨料取代率、溫度對(duì)其抗壓強(qiáng)度的影響關(guān)系,嘗試建立中空夾層鋼管再生混凝土軸壓強(qiáng)度承載力關(guān)于截面形式、約束系數(shù)、溫度、再生骨料取代率以及外加固纖維布約束面積等變量的相關(guān)關(guān)系式,并通過試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)加以驗(yàn)證。

Research and analysis on the reinforcement performance of recycled concrete filled hollow interlayer steel tubular short columns after high temperature

Abstract:According to the load characteristics of recycled concrete after calcined at high temperature, three kinds of recycled concrete filled hollow interlayer steel tubular short columns with replacement rate of recycled aggregate (0%, 50% and 100%) were designed. The mechanical properties of recycled concrete filled hollow interlayer steel tubular short column and its reinforced concrete column after high temperature were studied, and the effects of section form, replacement rate of recycled aggregate and basalt fiber on its bearing capacity, strain and displacement were compared. The results show that the section form has the greatest influence on the bearing capacity. Finally, the influence of replacement rate of recycled aggregate and temperature on the compressive strength were used to attempts to establish the correlation expressions of the axial compressive strength bearing capacity of hollow interlayer steel tubular recycled concrete, according to parameters such as section form, constraint coefficient, temperature, replacement rate of recycled aggregate and constraint area of CFRP, which was verified using the experimental data.
