H型鋼加固混凝土板共同工作性能試驗(yàn)研究*

摘 要

[摘要]為了研究后加H型鋼加固混凝土板的共同工作性能,制作了12個(gè)二次成型H型鋼加固混凝土板的試件,通過(guò)靜力加載試驗(yàn),研究了不同連接方式、植栓深度、錨栓數(shù)量(錨栓間距)及結(jié)合面的處理方式對(duì)于試件的工作性能以及破壞形態(tài)的影響。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:通過(guò)采用植栓或穿過(guò)樓板設(shè)置螺栓連接件的方式,可使型鋼梁與混凝土板具有一定的共同工作性能,形成組合梁; 當(dāng)采用植栓的方式進(jìn)行連接時(shí),植栓深度不小于錨栓直徑的5倍,可保證錨栓不發(fā)生錨固破壞。結(jié)合面的粘貼處理方式對(duì)結(jié)合面產(chǎn)生滑移的荷載大小有影響,對(duì)試件的承載力沒(méi)有影響; 后加型鋼加固混凝土板形成的組合構(gòu)件并非完全意義上的組合梁,其承載力可按組合梁進(jìn)行計(jì)算,但應(yīng)將承載力乘以一個(gè)折減系數(shù),建議取0-85; 該組合構(gòu)件的錨栓數(shù)量可參照鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范對(duì)組合梁錨釘設(shè)置的要求進(jìn)行設(shè)置,但應(yīng)適當(dāng)增加。

Experimental study on common working performance of H-steel reinforced concrete slabs

Abstract:In order to study common working performance of H-steel reinforced concrete slabs, 12 post forming H-steel reinforced concrete slabs were made to carry out static loading. The influences of different connection way, plant bolts depth, the number of anchor bolts (anchor spacing) and the way of joint surface treatment were investigated. The test results show that by adopting the method of planting bolts or setting bolt connectors through the floor, the steel beam and the concrete slab can have a certain common working performance to form a composite beam. When using a plant bolt to connect, the depth of the plant bolt is not less than 5 times the diameter of the anchor bolt, which can ensure that the anchor bolt does not break. The bonding treatment method of the joint surface has an effect on the load of the slip surface, and has no influence on the bearing capacity. The composite member formed by the post-shaped steel reinforced concrete slab is not a composite beam in a complete sense, and its bearing capacity can be calculated according to the composite beam, but it should be multiplied by a coefficient. It is recommended to take 0-85. The number of anchors can refer to the setting requirements of the composite beam anchor according to standard for design of steel structures, but should be properly increased.
