[摘要]文昌魯能淇水灣度假綜合體為二層鋼框架結構,由于使用原因需進行移位。項目場地地質情況和自然條件多變,建筑物體型復雜,移位方式多樣,包含平移、轉向和頂升,為提高其抗震性能就位后需隔震連接,設計難度加大。托換采用了帶有轉換梁的托換方式,減少了軌道數量,降低了工程造價; 以短期沉降控制為目的,基礎采用了多種樁基與天然地基的組合; 移位時利用可重復使用的鋼構件體系作為工具,結合場地標高進行了分次頂升; 設計了移位施工過程中的抗風措施; 提出了一種既有鋼柱增加隔震支座的連接方式。

Integral displacement design for Wenchang Luneng Qishuiwan Resort complex

Abstract:Wenchang Luneng Qishuiwan Resort complex was a two-story steel frame structure, and had to be integrally displaced due to use reasons. The geological and nature condition of the project site was changeable, building shape was complex, and displacement methods were varied including translation, rotation and jacking. In order to improve seismic performance, seismically isolation connection was needed after building displacement, which increased design difficulties. Underpinning structure with transfer beam was adopted to reduce the number of tracks and the cost of the project. For the purpose of short-term settlement control, the foundation was composed of several pile foundations and natural foundation. In the process of displacement, the reusable steel member system was used as a tool, and the elevation of the site was lifted in several times. The wind resistance measures in the process of displacement construction were designed. A connection method of the existing steel column isolation bearing was proposed.
