［摘要］近現(xiàn)代歷史建筑在我國歷史建筑中具有重要的地位，這類建筑大多安全性能退化嚴(yán)重。對濟(jì)南市某近現(xiàn)代歷史建筑進(jìn)行了安全性鑒定，介紹了其結(jié)構(gòu)形式及特點(diǎn)，該建筑物主要存在磚拱券開裂、鋼梁銹蝕、木結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件干裂、腐朽、部分構(gòu)件承載力不足等問題。根據(jù)鑒定結(jié)果并充分考慮該建筑物的特殊性，對其進(jìn)行了加固處理。該建筑物加固效果良好，可為其他同類工程提供參考。

Appraisal and reinforcement for a modern historical building

Abstract:Modern historical buildings play an important role in China′s historical buildings. Most of these buildings have serious degradation of safety performance. The safety of a modern historical building in Jinan city was appraised. Its structural form and characteristics were introduced. The main problems of the building were brick arch cracking, steel beam corrosion, dry cracking, decay, and some members lack of bearing capacity of wood structural members. According to the appraisal results and considering the particularity of the building, the building was reinforced. The building had good reinforcement effect, which could provide reference for other similar projects.
