[摘要]預應力混凝土鋼管桁架疊合板是近幾年出現(xiàn)的一種新型疊合板,疊合板在施工階段的受力性能非常重要。設計了4個預應力混凝土鋼管桁架疊合板試件,并對其進行受彎載荷試驗。給出了4個試件的荷載-跨中撓度曲線。同時考慮鋼管對混凝土的約束,按照等效截面剛度法推導出了施工階段的短期剛度計算公式,計算了簡支板的跨中撓度。在構件抗彎剛度未發(fā)生嚴重退化時,跨中撓度的計算結果與試驗結果較為吻合。

Study on short-term stiffness of prestressed concrete composite slab with grouted steel pipe trusses during construction

Abstract:Prestressed concrete composite slab with grouted steel pipe trusses is a new type of composite slab in recent years, and the mechanical properties of composite slabs are very important during construction. Four specimens of the new composite slab were designed and tested, and the bending load test was carried out to obtain the load versus mid-span deflection curves. According to the equivalent section stiffness method and considering the constraint of steel pipe on concrete, the calculation formulas of the short-term stiffness during construction were derived, and the mid-span deflections of the simply-supported slabs were calculated. When the flexural rigidity of the specimens did not degenerate seriously, the calculated deflections agreed well with the test results.
