[摘要]為探究火災(zāi)后采用聚合物砂漿加固修復(fù)混凝土空心樓蓋二次火災(zāi)下的抗火性能,對四邊簡支混凝土組合塑料模盒空心樓蓋進(jìn)行兩次火災(zāi)試驗(yàn)。介紹了試驗(yàn)空心樓蓋第一次受火試驗(yàn)及火災(zāi)后構(gòu)件修復(fù)情況,重點(diǎn)介紹了加固修復(fù)后空心樓蓋第二次火災(zāi)試驗(yàn),描述了試驗(yàn)空心樓蓋在兩次受火下的破壞特征、變形和溫度場分布規(guī)律,并進(jìn)行分析和對比。研究結(jié)果表明:采用聚合物砂漿修復(fù)的空心樓蓋在二次火災(zāi)作用下,第一次火災(zāi)受損較為嚴(yán)重的部位易產(chǎn)生爆裂脫落,從而降低了耐火極限; 二次受火下樓蓋內(nèi)混凝土的溫度峰值高于一次受火,且距離板底越近,兩次火災(zāi)作用中溫度峰值差值越大; 試件在兩次火災(zāi)作用下跨中處最大豎向位移基本相同,第二次受火作用后的殘余位移小于第一次; 采用聚合物砂漿對火災(zāi)后的空心樓蓋進(jìn)行修復(fù),修復(fù)后的樓蓋仍具有一定的抗火性能。

Experimental study on second fire-resistance performance of simply supported on four sides of cast-in-place concrete hollow floor

Abstract:In order to study the second fire\|resistance performance of concrete hollow floor reinforced with polymer mortar, two anti-fire tests were carried out on composite concrete hollow floor with plastics boxes of four-sided simply supported. The first fire test of concrete hollow floor and the repair situation of concrete hollow floor after fire were introduced. The second fire test of the reinforced hollow floor was significantly introduced. The failure characteristics, deformation and temperature field distribution of the hollow floor under the two fire tests were described and compared. The results show that under the second fire, the parts of the hollow floor reinforced with polymer mortar which were badly damaged in the first fire are prone to burst and fall off, thus reducing the fire resistance limit. In the second fire, the temperature peak of concrete in the floor is higher than that of the first fire. The closer to the bottom of the floor, the larger the difference in temperature peak between the two fires. The maximum vertical displacement of the floor at the mid-span is almost the same under the two fires. The residual displacement after the second fire is less than that of the first fire. The hollow floor reinforced with polymer mortar after fire still has some fire-resistance performance.
