中、歐標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)基本要求的對(duì)比研究

[摘要]通過對(duì)中國(guó)、歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的耐久性、材料及構(gòu)造要求的對(duì)比研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)歐標(biāo)中環(huán)境類別的劃分更為細(xì)致。國(guó)標(biāo)對(duì)混凝土最大水膠比、最大氯離子含量要求略小于歐標(biāo),而歐標(biāo)要求的混凝土最低強(qiáng)度等級(jí)高于國(guó)標(biāo)。給出了中、歐混凝土抗壓和抗拉強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)值在同等條件下的取值,中、歐標(biāo)準(zhǔn)抗壓強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)值相差不大,但歐標(biāo)采用的抗拉強(qiáng)度設(shè)計(jì)值明顯小于國(guó)標(biāo);中、歐標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中鋼筋強(qiáng)度等級(jí)不同,目前國(guó)標(biāo)鋼筋強(qiáng)度等級(jí)仍低于歐標(biāo)。中、歐標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中鋼筋屈服強(qiáng)度取值不同,目前國(guó)標(biāo)鋼筋強(qiáng)度的水平仍明顯低于歐標(biāo)。歐標(biāo)中最小保護(hù)層厚度、裂縫寬度限值要求大于國(guó)標(biāo)要求,國(guó)標(biāo)中受拉鋼筋的錨固和搭接長(zhǎng)度大于歐標(biāo),而國(guó)標(biāo)中受壓鋼筋的錨固和搭接長(zhǎng)度小于歐標(biāo),歐標(biāo)中要求的伸縮縫間距小于國(guó)標(biāo),中、歐標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)鋼筋混凝土受彎構(gòu)件的撓度限值要求基本一致。

Comparative study on basic requirements of concrete structure between Chinese and European standards

Abstract:Through the comparative study of durability, materials and structural requirements of concrete structures between Chinese and European standards, it is found that the classification of environmental categories in European standards is more detailed. The requirements of the Chinese standard for the maximum water binder ratio and the maximum chloride ion content of concrete are slightly less than those of the European standard, while the minimum strength grade of concrete required by the European standard is higher than that of the Chinese standard. The design values of compressive strength and tensile strength of concrete in Chinese and European standards were given under the same conditions. The design values of compressive strength in Chinese and European standards are similar, but the design values of tensile strength adopted in European standards are obviously smaller than those in Chinese standards. The strength grades of steel bars in Chinese and European standards are different, and the strength grades of steel bars in Chinese standards are still lower than those in European standards. The yield strength of steel bars in Chinese and European standards is different, and the strength level of steel bars in Chinese standards is still significantly lower than that in European standards. In the European standard, the minimum thickness of protective layer and crack width limit are required to be greater than the requirements of the Chinese standard, the anchorage and lap length of tensile steel bars in the Chinese standard are greater than the requirements of the European standard, while the anchorage and lap length of compression steel bars in the Chinese standard are less than the European standard, and the expansion joint spacing required in the European standard is less than the Chinese standard. The requirements of the Chinese and European standards for the deflection limit of reinforced concrete flexural members are basically the same.
