[摘要]由膜片、鋼索、支承結(jié)構(gòu)、基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)通過節(jié)點的有效連接而組成的薄膜結(jié)構(gòu),以其結(jié)構(gòu)重量輕、跨越能力強、施工速度快、抗震性能好、建筑造型豐富等優(yōu)點得到眾多建筑師的青睞。節(jié)點構(gòu)造設(shè)計作為膜結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中的一個重要環(huán)節(jié),不僅關(guān)系到膜結(jié)構(gòu)的建筑藝術(shù)效果,還關(guān)系到結(jié)構(gòu)的整體性和可靠度。針對膜結(jié)構(gòu)節(jié)點破壞的問題,以PVC膜材為研究對象,有針對性地選擇了膜結(jié)構(gòu)工程中常用的兩種連接方式:螺栓夾板連接和U形夾具連接,通過模擬和試驗的方法,探究了膜結(jié)構(gòu)節(jié)點連接中不同因素對膜面節(jié)點強度的影響。通過正交模擬分析和正交試驗研究得到了不同因素以及同一因素下不同取值對膜面節(jié)點強度影響大小的先后順序,并從中得到了膜面連接方面的最優(yōu)水平組合:螺栓間距為80mm,邊繩直徑為8mm,摩擦系數(shù)0-5,墊板厚度10mm的鋼板或鋁壓板。在實際工程同等因素下對于膜結(jié)構(gòu)的節(jié)點設(shè)計建議優(yōu)先考慮螺栓間距和邊繩直徑,橡膠墊片和墊板的厚度可根據(jù)現(xiàn)場的施工條件選取即可。

Failure analysis and experimental study on nodes of prestressed tensioned membrane structures

Abstract:The thin film structure composed of diaphragm, steel cable, supporting structure and foundation structure is favored by many architects because of its light weight, strong span ability, fast construction speed, good seismic resistance and abundant architectural modeling. Node structure design, as an important link in membrane structure design, is not only related to the architectural artistic effect of membrane structure, but also to the wholeness and reliability of the structure. Aiming at the problem of the failure of membrane structure nodes, taking the PVC membrane material as the research object, two kinds of connection methods commonly used in the membrane structure engineering were selected pertinently: bolt splint connection and U-shaped fixture connection. Through the orthogonal simulation analysis and orthogonal experiment, the effect of different factors on the joint strength of membrane surface was investigated. The order of influence of different factors and different values under the same factor on the strength of the membrane surface node was obtained by orthogonal simulation and orthogonal experiment, and the optimal level combination of membrane joint was obtained:a steel plate or aluminum compression plate with a bolt spacing of 80 mm, a side rope diameter of 8 mm, a friction coefficient of 0-5 and a thickness of 10mm. For the joint design of the membrane structure under the same factors in practical engineering, the bolt spacing and the diameter of the edge rope are preferred, and the thickness of the rubber gasket and pad can be selected according to the construction conditions of the site.
